One thing that is unique to this channel is the unrivalled advice and support that you can get from our Personal Training Career Lessons.

Or, are you unsure about which of the many PT career options are best for you? It can get pretty confusing trying to choose between working directly for a club, going freelance, or starting your own business.

But, there’s no need to get overwhelmed in weighing up the pros and cons of each, because we’ve done all of the research for you.

#2 Love Sweat Fitness

If you’ve ever searched for fitness inspiration on YouTube before, you’ll know that answering ‘how many fitness channels are there on YouTube?’ is an impossible question. So, what makes this one so special?

Love Sweat Fitness is run by Katie who, like a lot of people, tried and tested more than her fair share of fad diets.

Eventually, she took matters into her own hands, making lifestyle changes, developing healthy habits, and losing 45 pounds.

In the process, she found a passion for fitness and for helping others to achieve their exercise goals. This led her to become a certified personal trainer and to start what is in our opinion, one of the most engaging and inspiring health and fitness YouTube channels out there.

One of the best things about Love Sweat Fitness is that Katie shows her own experience with weight loss.

On her channel, you’ll find a playlist dedicated to her healthy weight loss transformation. She shares lifestyle tips, healthy recipes, where she explains how she achieved her goals and talks about the one thing a lot of people struggle with - maintaining that goal weight.

Even if your goals aren’t strictly weight loss based, you should still check out her 5-day motivation challenge if you’re feeling like you need some extra inspiration to get yourself to the gym.

#3 HASfit

Next on our list of the best fitness channels on YouTube is HASfit. If you’re wanting to get into fitness, or you’ve been going to the gym for a while now without really getting anywhere, then HASfit might just be the solution to your struggles.

They have over 1000 full-length workouts all available for free, as well as free 30-90 day plans which include nutrition advice, exercise routines, and the most important part of any training plan - motivation!

We love that they’ve organised exercise routines by different muscle groups. Rather than generic ‘upper body’ routines, you’ll find a series of videos dedicated to specific areas of the body, such as the triceps, shoulders, and the back.

If you feel like trying something new, we highly recommend that you head over to their channel. Their kickboxing workouts and MMA series are some of the best fitness workouts on YouTube.

#4 Joanna Soh Official

For all of the benefits of having a personal trainer without having to step a foot over your front doorstep, Joanna Soh is one of the best YouTube fitness vloggers to subscribe too.

If you find that exercise challenges are the best way to get you motivated, then you’ll absolutely love Joanna’s content.

Her health and fitness YouTube channels filled with exciting exercise challenges, such as her ‘Burn 10,000 calories in 30 days’ video or the ‘1000 cardio & core burn challenge’.

You’ll find those and tons more in the section ‘Crazy Workout Challenges!!’ but be aware, as the name suggests, they can be pretty intense!

You’re probably already searching for Joanna’s channel, but if you’re not quite convinced that this is one of the best fitness YouTube accounts, then there’s more.

As a qualified personal trainer herself, Joanna is also fully clued up on all things nutrition.

If you’re new to exercising and serious about getting in shape, you’ll find her health and nutrition videos focusing on clean eating and food portions, and why you should forget about fad diets, are really useful.

#5 OfficialBarstarzz

If you’re into calisthenics, then it’s a no brainer that you should check out OfficialBarstarzz channel.

Do you have no idea what calisthenics is? That’s fine too. These guys will show you exactly how to get started, master the basics, and how calisthenics can transform your physique.

For anybody who wants to train hard but prefers to avoid the gym at all costs, this is maybe the best YouTube fitness channel to have a look at.

All of the workouts involve purely bodyweight exercises - but that doesn’t mean that they’re easy! These guys prove that you can get big without barbells and big clunky exercise machines.

Even if this isn’t something you’re thinking of trying for yourself, it’s still really entertaining to watch!

#6 BodyFit by Amy

If you’re here looking for workout inspiration, then BodyFit by Amy has some of the best YouTube exercise videos out there.

We especially love that she has a whole section dedicated to kettlebell training, which covers quick kettlebell ab routines, full-body kettlebell workouts, and an exercise guide that teaches you exactly how to do the perfect kettlebell swing.

Amy’s fitness YouTube channel has some killer workouts but if you’re new to this whole exercising thing or you have an injury which means you need to take it easy, there’s no need to be put off.

She also has a section dedicated to beginner and low impact workouts, as well as a series of prenatal exercises to keep fit during pregnancy.

#7 Nick’s Strength and Power

Looking for a natural bodybuilding YouTube channel? Then you need to check out Nick’s Strength and Power.

Nick shares his journey as a bodybuilder and keeps his audience updated with his progress.

Whether you’re a natural bodybuilder yourself, or a fan fascinated by this industry, this channel will allow you to keep updated with the latest ongoings in the world of bodybuilding.

Nick Vlogs his time at competitions and conventions, even sharing his experience meeting Arnold Schwarzenegger. On this channel, you’ll also find hours worth of binge-worthy content that covers the history of bodybuilding and case studies on his favourite Mr. Olympia winners.

With a huge 808k subscribers, there’s no wonder that Nick’s one of the most followed in this industry.

#8 XHIT Daily

YouTube is a brilliant platform with an endless amount of information at your fingertips. It’s filled with health and fitness content, some of which is really useful, some... not so much.

With more than 3 million subscribers, XHIT Daily falls into the really useful category.

This channel is filled with a huge variety of workouts which can make up some of the best YouTube fitness programmes.

They even specialise in high energy celebrity exercise routines for anybody who is inspired to look like their favourite A-lister.

Bored of your regular gym routine? Mix it up by trying their Medicine Ball Medley workout.

#9 The Fitness Marshall

This one is a little different from what you would usually expect from a health and fitness channel, but that’s why it’s one of the best!

The Fitness Marshall has a well-deserved space on our list of the best YouTube channels for fitness because it proves what a lot of you probably think is impossible - that cardio doesn’t need to be dull!

Caleb Marshall, aka ‘The Fitness Marshall’, puts a completely different spin on cardio exercises, with dance workouts that combine exercise and entertainment.

If you like to exercise to music, you’ll absolutely love this channel because they’re always uploading new videos and routines to the latest hits.

You can try out a ‘speed sweat’ routine for a quick cardio workout or for a full routine, there’s the option to make your own playlist by combining different warm-ups, main workouts, and then ending with one of their cooldown videos.

#10 MattDoesFitness

Another all natural bodybuilding YouTube channel that we just had to mention is MattDoesFitness.

If you’re into bodybuilding, then this is definitely up there with the best fitness YouTube channels to subscribe too.

Matt regularly shares advice on fitness in general, as well as videos that are specific to becoming a better bodybuilder. In our opinion, he has some of the best natural bodybuilding tips on YouTube.

Outside of being a reliable source for advice, MattDoesFitness also posts a lot of lighthearted content purely for the sake of entertainment - and we love it!

You’ll go to this channel for the advice on building muscle and bulking up, but you’ll stay for the fun challenges and lifestyle blogs.

Who doesn’t want to watch a bodybuilder try to survive a day eating the diet of a Victoria’s Secret Model? Or see a bodybuilder try strongman? You’ll find all that and more on this channel!

#11 The Lean Machines

Next on our list of YouTube fitness channels is The Lean Machines which is hosted by two best friends, John and Leon.

These guys are both personal trainers, health coaches, and now online sensations with one of the most useful health and fitness YouTube channels out there.

They each have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the foundations of fitness and nutrition which allows them to share fun and informative content.

Regardless of your fitness level or how clued up you are around the subject of health and fitness, you’ll learn a lot from The Lean Machines.

These guys are really good at what they do, they’re motivational and fun to watch.

They post a variety of different vlogs and videos, sharing simple advice like how to do a healthy food shop on a budget, as well as more detailed posts on topics like calorie tracking or ‘all you need to know about macros’.

#12 Kali Muscle

Need some motivation to get off the couch and into the gym? Then you need to head over to Kali Muscle’s page as soon as we’re done here.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best fitness motivation YouTube channels out there.

Kali Muscle’s channel features some monster workout videos, all organised into playlists for different parts of the body.

If you want to work on building your biceps, or find some new chest isolation exercises, then Kali Muscle is the man you need to subscribe to.

This can guy can lift heavy, so as you can imagine his workouts are far from easy.

If you’re brave enough to give this a go, you’ll be seriously suffering from DOMS for a day or two, but, once it's over you’ll be wanting to try more.

Although a lot of his content is fitness-related, his self-proclaimed aim is to motivate and inspire people.

He posts multiple times a week, not only dishing out some of the most inspirational natural bodybuilding motivation on YouTube but also mixing it up with the occasional video talking about nutrition or a vlog sharing a day in his life as a bodybuilding father of twins.

Expand your awareness of the fitness sector by exploring information on top-earning fitness positions.

#13 Molly Bailey

YouTube fitness isn't all about how to exercise videos and workout guides, there are also a lot of more fitness lifestyle based channels from influencers or vloggers like Molly Bailey.

Molly is one of the best YouTube fitness vloggers out there - this is a serious statement because there are tons of good fitness influencers on YouTube.

She posts a lot of vlogs, usually updating her subscribers on the latest in her weight loss journey, sharing what she eats in her average day, or filming her real-life morning routine.

If you’re after some meal prep inspiration, you should definitely check out her healthy grocery haul.

Or, if it's motivation that you need then you’ll find exactly that in the videos like her ‘Summer Fitness Challenge’ or this recent video where she shares her results from using the stairmaster every day (dedication, we know!).

#14 Scott Herman Fitness

If you want to get into fitness, and you’re serious about getting results, then Scott Herman Fitness is the YouTube channel that you need to get tuned into.

He posts some of the best YouTube fitness videos, with new content twice a week which covers common training mistakes and sharing all of the exercise tips and tricks that we wish we’d have known about when we first started training.

This channel is so much more than exercise videos alone, whilst he does share some really useful exercise demonstrations so that you can check up on your form, he also has a playlist dedicated to myth-busting and another specifically focusing on all things nutrition & supplements.

With the amount of knowledge this guy has about nutrition and the principles of exercise, we can definitely see why he has 2.34 million subscribers.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle, burn fat, get stronger, or improve your endurance, you’ll find something of value on this channel.

#15 FitnessBlender

There was just no way we could write about the best health and fitness YouTube channels and not include this one.

This husband and wife duo pride themselves on being ‘gimmick-free fitness people’. There’s no magic pill or top secret trick, just pure motivation and exercise routines that work.

Over the last 10 years, they’ve shared home workouts in their hundreds.

Regardless of your fitness level, the amount of equipment you have access to, or whether you have 5 or 50 minutes to fit in a workout, you’ll find something on this channel.

If you’re a big cardio fan, you’ll find full 30+ minute fat burning exercises, or if you prefer strength training, there are tons of workouts complete with warm-ups, exercises, and stretches.

Speaking strictly about workouts, we’d go as far as to say that these guys have the best fitness YouTube videos out there.

#16 MadFit

For us, MadFit is well up there with the top YouTube fitness channels for workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

She has a playlist with hours worth of equipment-free workouts which will make you feel the burn without having step a foot over your front doorstep or spend a penny on a pair of dumbbells.

Ok, you probably should buy an exercise mat but that’s just about it!

We’d say that the best thing about this channel is her apartment-friendly workouts, such as this 10-minute Apartment Friendly HIIT routine.

Her apartment friendly workouts are purposely low impact and involve no jumping so that you can exercise at home without annoying your neighbours (or feeling like you’re going to fall through somebody's ceiling!).

As an added bonus, the aesthetic of her channel is lovely to look at. It’s well thought out, with all of her content organised into easy to navigate sections.

#17 NateBowerFitness

Want to switch up your regular exercise routine? Boxing is a brilliant way to add some variety to your workout. It’s fun, and it’s really hard work - what’s not to love?

Nate Bower is a boxing instructor, certified personal trainer, and a competitive athlete who shares a variety of different boxing workouts.

Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to get your technique down or a seasoned boxer looking for a new way to train, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for at NateBowerFitness.

Once you’ve mastered the basics, you can move onto heavy bag workouts, have a go at a HIIT routine, or try out one of his boxing classes.

Whichever you choose to give a try, you’re guaranteed to break a sweat and feel the burn from these workouts. And who knows, you might even find a new passion for this sport!

#18 The Body Coach TV

One of the best fitness YouTube channels in the UK comes from fitness coach Joe Wicks with ‘The Body Coach TV’.

Joe is known for being an advocate of high-intensity workouts, so it's no surprise that his fitness YouTube channel features plenty of HIIT workouts.

You’ll never get bored of his channel as he uploads a new HIIT workout every week without fail.

He has a series of HIIT routines to suit beginners, as well as some pretty intense workouts if you’re feeling up for a challenge.

One thing that is different about this channel is that it also features workouts for kids.

If you’re a parent worried that your kids aren't active enough or you want a way to get your family involved with your exercise routines, this is a brilliant channel for fun and child-friendly workouts.

#19 Tone It Up

Tone It Up is another one of many brilliant health and fitness YouTube channels.

They share all things health, fitness, and lifestyle, including quick and simple recipes, full-body workouts, and a series of videos dedicated to feeling good and learning to love your body.

Although we do rate this as one of the best YouTube fitness channels, one downside is that unlike other channels, such as HASfit and Joanna Soh Official, not all of their content is free.

This fitness YouTube channel is really well integrated with their website, however, if you want to see a full-length workout or try out a full nutrition plan, then you’ll have to pay a little extra.

We’ve gotta give it to them, the content that you can access for free is really good but we can see why people would be reluctant to pay for the added extras when you can get them for free elsewhere.

#20 POPSUGAR Fitness

Regardless of your exercise goals, whether you’re a runner looking for ideas for a recovery session, or you’re really into strength-training, we can pretty much guarantee that POPSUGAR will have exactly what you’re looking for.

These are some of the best free YouTube fitness videos we’ve come across, especially if you’re a fan of bodyweight exercises or workouts that require minimal equipment so that you can exercise at home.

They put a new video up every week so it’s guaranteed that you’ll never get tired of doing the same thing over and over again.

Too busy to get to the gym today? Try this 10-minute summer sweat and sculpted abs workout and let us know what you think!

#21 Natacha Océane

Last on our list is one of our favourite fitness YouTubers, Natacha Océane.

Natacha puts herself through the paces by trying different fitness experiences like fasted cardio and 1 week of cutting the amount of calories she usually eats in half.

She even shared her experience trying out the US Navy Seals Fitness Test and training with a professional Ballet Instructor.

We love that there’s always something different on her channel.

She often shares her exercise journey, for example, her full weeks worth of training.

But her content also includes a lot of videos sharing her healthy eating habits, and her advice on how to get back on track with training if you find yourself feeling unmotivated.

If you’re after a channel with an all-round healthy approach to lifestyle and fitness, this is a good one to go for!
