Starting a fitness business from home, or from anywhere for that matter, is not an easy process. We’ve already discussed in depth both the financial costs, and the time you’ll need to invest, but this does also require a huge amount of effort, too.
This is ultimately a project of passion - you need to have a serious enthusiasm for fitness and exercise in order to start a home-based fitness business, especially as you’ll need to complete a huge amount of tasks in order to get started, and then maintain that level of commitment long after your facility is open.
For many, that pressure is simply not manageable, and that’s completely understandable. You need to be in control of every aspect of your home fitness business, and that means being constantly aware of what needs to be done in order to progress.
We would always advise prioritising your mental health, and ensure that what you’re undertaking is doable, and doesn’t place too much strain on yourself or your loved ones.
