This can be done easily through healthy lifestyle choices, or even just getting up from your desk to take a few steps you may not have otherwise taken.

Once you become more accustomed to hitting that higher target on a daily basis, you can then seek to improve that, setting a target that’s higher still, and striving to include more walking in your day-to-day life.
