Our jobs play an important part in our lives. From paying the bills to help pay for holidays, you would think you need to work tirelessly if you are starting out as a wellness coach.

However, it is key to note that one of the most important lessons that you are teaching to your clients is to relieve stress. Working long hours and having a bad work/life balance will mean that you will be eventually burnt out.
