About HIIT KITCHEN: HIIT Kitchen is a leading premium meal preparation company based in Hertfordshire with Nationwide coverage. We first opened our doors in June 2017 on a busy high street in Saint Albans, with founders Kris Tyrell and Rob Ashman. After noticing increasing popularity within the health and fitness industry, we wanted to bring a much healthier, quicker alternative way of eating healthy meals to the public. Since opening our doors to the public, the company has grown tremendously to operate concessions nationwide meal prep, corporate catering and events.
