Helena | ORIGYM Ambassador

Helena has a BSC (Hons) in Biomedical sciences from the University of Manchester. Helena loves rowing, CrossFit and especially powerlifting to which has led her to become a highly established strength coach. Helena has been working in Freiburg, Germany pursuing her career in biotechnology, but has just relocated back to the UK in order to compete for team GB in the IPF.
